Issue with requesting Disclosures

We are aware there is currently an issue with requesting Disclosures via Compass. 

We have identified the issue and are working on a resolution and hope to have the matter resolved today.

Apple Safari – Temporary Work Around

June Update

Whilst we continue to develop fixes to resolve this issue, I would like to share with you all a temporary work around for searching within Compass:

You can use the ‘My Scouting’ to list the Groups in a District, then click on the number of members within a Group.

That provides a listing of the adults within that Group without any problem and  you can then access individual records from that list.

Just to make you aware, this work around will not work if you are trying to search for suspended members.

UPDATE – Apple Safari Issue

June Update

We have been in constant contact with our development team who have been working on the current Apple issue.

We now know that the issue only affects any iPads or MacBook’s that have the latest version of IOS (12.3.1), we have also discovered that Firefox also is affected by this issue when used on an Apple Device.

We have now created a testing Safari Internet browser and are currently in the process of testing several fixes to try and solve the issue.

In the meantime, our developers have confirmed that Google Chrome is not affected by the IOS Version, this can be downloaded onto any Apple Product.

We will continue to post updates on this situation, as and when we receive any more information.
