Why are Training Managers able to recommend a Wood Badge for learners whose First Aid qualification is more than 3 years old?

The system will not prevent Training Managers from recommending a Wood Badge if the renewal date for First Aid is overdue. There are no expiry dates for any modules, but training managers should ensure that First Aid is still valid, before recommending a Wood Badge.
