My appointment is still showing as Provisional when it should be Full. Why is this and how can it be fixed?

Some members may find their appointment is still showing on Compass as “Provisional” rather than “Full”, even though they have cleared the National Vetting Process and completed the relevant training for the role. Those members with access to edit appointments will be able to click on “Edit” next to the role and then click “Save” to update the appointment status.
