Why is a Member’s disclosure showing as issued in Atlantic Data, but still pending in Compass?

The Compass system updates disclosure information overnight. Therefore, once a disclosure is showing as issued in Atlantic Data, please wait 24 hours for the disclosure to update from ‘pending’ to ‘issued’ in Compass. If it hasn’t updated by this time, please contact the Scout Information Center.
